STEP ONE
Give This Number to Your Mechanic to Call
All claims require pre-authorization. For claims pre-authorization, have your mechanic or service facility of your choice call 1-800-331-3780 and provide the Vehicle Service Contract number or the last 6 digits of the VIN and an itemized estimate of the necessary repairs. We will then issue them an authorization number for the covered repairs. Be sure to request payment by credit card.
STEP TWO
Your Mechanic Will Receive Payment Information
to receive the payment, our claims center will fax or email your mechanic our credit card number and authorization for payment. Any deductible and payments for non-covered items should be paid by you at this time.
STEP three
Collect Your Vehicle When Repairs are Finished
Your mechanic will finish the repairs as quickly as possible and get you back on the road. You will NOT pay for sales tax, diagnostics, or fluids & filters.

If your vehicle is disableed, you should call our 24-hour hotline to dispatch help. This service includes towing, battery jump-start, flat tire change, fuel and fluid delivery, and lock-out assistance.
